This will be an article focusing on one particular DJ Mix; Giegling Mix 07: DJ Metatron - This Is Not. In this review I'll briefly touch on this anonymous German electronic music artist and his numerous aliases, what each of them stands for, what kind of music is behind them and why he built up a cult-like following the previous decade that few other artists are able to match. I'll then go into further detail on his DJ Metatron moniker and it's personal connection to me, particularly this mix of his. I'll also be highlighting the transformative power of a DJ Mix and why it can be just as, if not more valid, than an album.
